After nearly a month of subzero temperatures (February 2021), our HVAC blower motor decided it had enough and quit on us on a Saturday night. Wellmann Heating & Air was able to get out to our house in about an hour to start working on our unit.They were not able to replace the motor that night because it was a unique model that had to be ordered, but they were able to install a temporary motor that would keep our unit running until the new one arrived. Our 15 year old AC wasn’t cooling. After what was thought to be common repair of the thermal expansion valve turned into bigger issues with communication between control panels Wellman’s provided recommendations, upfront pricing and quickly replaced our entire AC system rather than limping along a failed unit. The level of service from all technicians, sales management, and scheduler.They were prompt on repairs, did not surprise us with additional fees or up charges, and provided a great experience.Services: A/C system repair

My mother’s A/C went out on a Saturday in 100 degree weather. I called several places with no luck, Wellman’s was the only place that took the service call, came out & had it running within an hour. Fast, affordable (given the day), friendly! Thank you for considering my mother & 101 year old grandma’s comfort & health on a busy hot Saturday!! Highly recommend ?
