She was SO NICE, happy and pleasant I loved coming here, would not recommend tanning anywhere else. Informative, to the point and extremely helpful!

Update: I paid for 3 months medium plus which was a pretty penny and “their system” is hard for them to understand. Kept trying to cheat me out my third month by saying it was expired. The one girl I initially signed up with seems to know what’s going on, if only she could educate everyone else so I’m not having to argue with them about why I have another month. They set it up in three 30 day passes as opposed to just one 90 day pass so that you are able to get the most of your month. They start the new 30 day pass on your next visit so that you’re not consecutively running your months. This would be a nice perk if they were able to see all the information they need on whatever screen they’re staring at. For this reason I take one star away.“

“I have nothing but incredible things to say about PBT! Specifically this location and their staff. They are so friendly with everyone, show genuine kindness, and REALLY care about their customers.
In particular, the very sweet blonde who is there almost every morning (I don’t know her name!). She takes so much time to explain the process and beds in detail, answers questions honestly without judgement, and MOST of all she creates such a personable and comfortable experience. Recently, I went in after a long rough night and she immediately noticed, took the time to ask if I was doing okay, and listened when I needed to vent a little . She didn’t have to do this, she chose to listen and be empathetic to my situation. I returned today and i was greeted by her asking if I am feeling better!
This just speaks for ONE of the staff members. It’s such a friendly and welcoming environment. Simply walking in the building can boost my mood and confidence 10 times over. I will never recommend or use another salon! ?“
