They learn your name so quickly and are genuinely nice girls. The owner is the exact same way, leading by example. So warm and friendly. The establishment is always clean, great selection of lotions, and the drink fridge is always stocked. “The lady working was extremely rude and none of the spray tan machines were available. There was one machine “working” but there was no solution. I was charged for a medium spray tan even though I wasn’t able to get the tan. Apparently she also was not able to refund my card? The first time I came here it was great and workers were extremely nice and helpful. I will not be returning to this location because of this lady.

Update: The owner called and apologized for the inconvenience and customer service. He offered for me to go to his other location, which is what I did. I really appreciated the quick response and good customer service. He seems like a man who really cares about his clients!“
