A friendly, professional and welcoming staff.
Michelle Fink explained the procedures available for what I was looking into doing, thoroughly, and she did not rush through the information and made sure I understood it all.
I felt very comfortable there talking with her and feel very well taken care of.
Staff explained every step of the procedure using language and terminology even I could understand ?. Appointment was done with Swiss watch precision and yet staff still had time to talk. If you need services of a dermatologist , go to Sutton!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jessica Harms and her wonderful assistant! I recently had a biopsy on a very sensitive lesion, and I was pretty nervous about it. From the moment I walked in, both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive—they made what could have been an uncomfortable and scary procedure feel gentle and reassuring. Dr. Harms explained everything clearly, and her assistant stayed right there with me, offering calm encouragement the whole time. Their compassion made all the difference.
