The crew did a nice job.Spring weather with rain interrupted. Completed in a timely manner with new shingles. A steep roof. A bit of a challenge. Also did some custom work changing the pitch of the roof on the back over the kitchen where I had a major leak.The crew picked up all the debris but needed to run their magnet a couple of more times to get the excess nails. Polite and courteous.
The condition of my roof required significant attention. I worked with Brandon who ensured all steps from A-Z were completed on time and with great attention to detail. In addition to Brandon, the supervisors and crew were professional, punctual and very friendly. Stonebrook did an exceptional job on our downtown project. After the wind storm they did an emergency fix on the day of the storm. They have been a great partner in our real estate!
