We contracted with Star City to replace our aging furnace and heat pump. We had a slight delay for funding (our fault), and Daniel and crew were very patient while we sorted it out. When the day came, they arrived prepared and ready. The entire install took several hours, fully expected, however they were still fast and efficient. When finished, we got a full tour of the unit, what they had done, and how to operate it. We are very pleased with the service and the work was very professionally done. My husband and I moved into a 115 year old house this past spring, and noticed our HVAC system was not working well in some rooms, the house was dusty, and we were sneezing a lot. We called to get the ducts cleaned, and are very pleased with the whole process with Star City. They were thorough, professional, and friendly from getting information, to setting up an appointment, to the appointment itself. Our HVAC tech Brandon was friendly and thorough, he answered all of my questions, and he was very clear about the pricing of everything before he began. The air feels and smells cleaner in my home, and all of the rooms now receive adequate air flow. Thank you!
