Austin W. arrived on the dot at 8:00. He promptly got to work checking the system, ensuring all components were functioning as expected. The work was quickly accomplished.
Before leaving he reviewed with me what had been done and was very professional. I believe a thorough job was done.
Star City will continue to be the company I use for HVAC and furnace maintenance.
Austin was very professional and respectful of the property. He explained all that he needed to do and gave an estimated time frame. Made sure to clean everything up before he left.
All the employees from Star City Heating and Cooling have been amazing. We have now used them to fix the AC, replace the water heater, install a new HVAC system, and now a duct cleaning. They always do an amazing job.
