Horrible experience. Arrived ahead of time, checked in, and then was skipped for about 30 minutes while my stylist took someone who checked in after me who didn’t reserve anyone. Stylist admitted and apologized for the mistake. But then the haircut was very cold, no attempt at conversation or make up for an honest mistake.

Update - management reached out, apologized, and made it right. Thanks Chelsea, who earned 5 stars!

Chelsea does a great job! She is one of my preferred stylist! I get a great quality haircut every time with her. She is friendly and recommends products that they offer. I enjoy the online check in ahead of time and the season ticket. With the season ticket you can purchase 6 haircuts ahead of time and they punch a card as you use them. Overall it is a great experience friendly staff, clean, and great service!
