As a dad of three younger girls, taking all three in for haircuts can be a lot, but Tausha was absolutely amazing! From the second we walked in, she made the girls feel so welcomed, comfortable, and truly special for their first visit to Serenity Salon. The hospitality and professionalism were second to none. Tausha was amazingly patient, listening carefully to (with expert-level deciphering!) what each girl wanted. She even went above and beyond to teach them about their specific hair types and gave them tips for styling at home. LOVE MY HAIR!!! Hilary at Serenity Salon & Spa was absolutely wonderful. She listened and followed thru with my request for color/highlights and cut....got exactly what i wanted!!! Definitely going back!!!
Kaileen is the best! She’s so compassionate and easy to talk to. You can just tell she loves her job and cares for her clients. She listens to all of my wants and needs and helps me decide what is best for me and my hair. I’ve only seen her a couple times but she’s made me so comfortable and I haven’t felt pressured at all! Highly recommend☺️
