Buddy Rodgers was supposed to do a total tear off on our rock and tar roof. Instead, after we spent $12,000 and the roof kept leaking. We found out he had just put a membrane on over the top of the old tar. In addition to the $12,000 we spent another $2500 trying to get it to stop leaking. We finally went to another company that knew how to do a flat roof. They tore it down to the decking and replaced a lot of rotten wood that was simply not there. There were huge holes in the decking that Buddy Rodgers put a membrane over. So in the end we had to pay for 2 roofs. We were just out of luck with the money spent on the Rodgers roof. If I could sue I would.
