I had Rafa Roofing put in new doors and windows at my place recently, and honestly, they knocked it out of the park. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked fast but careful, and cleaned up so well you’d never know they’d been here. Everything fits perfect now, the doors close nice and tight, the windows slide smooth, and I can already tell it’s helping with the bills and making the house look sharper.
Carlos, their rep, was seriously great the whole way through. Super easy to get a hold of, knew his stuff, and took the time to explain everything so I wasn’t second-guessing a thing. Made the whole process way less stressful.

Carlos from Rafa roofing came out one night, saw I needed a new roof. Carlos came back out a few nights later when it was raining with a ladder. Jumped up on the roof put some tarp down over the holes in my roof. He put 5 tarp down over holes that I had in the roof I asked him why he did that, and he said the Rafa roofing and him did not want to see me have any more damage to my house. I told him before I did not have insurance. Carlos saved my but. Then, he waited 6 to 7 months before I had enough money.
