The service was excellent! I was offered a same day appointment. Hayden called 20 minutes before he was supposed to arrive and asked if he could come early. He was professional and knowledgeable, and explained exactly what was wrong.
I have dealt with other heating and air companies in the past, but I will always use Pure Comfort from now on. I highly recommend them.
Hayden did me right. Responded the same evening I submitted my request (Saturday) and was out to the house Sunday morning to fix my A/C when we were in a 3-day streak of 100° temps.
Hayden and his crew were fantastic to work with. He gave us a couple options to solve our space and educated us as to the differences between the options. So glad he was recommended to us by our plumbing contractor, and we'll recommend Pure Comfort to friends and family from now on.
