They try to stay on the cutting edge of cardiac tech advances. They are not a 'cookie cutter' bunch of physicians that stick to a flow chart form of care but go above and beyond to give the best form of care. Previously, I had been sent home from Bryan Memorial in the middle of my 3rd heart attack and told there was nothing more that could be done for me. Pioneer Heart did not give up. They were able to tie together a group of small blood vessels to make another bypass. I wouldn't be alive today otherwise. Dr. Martin is awesome.
