Fantastic experience. My initial contact was with Colton via phone concerning our son's pacemaker reading. He was proactive in moving forward with the details of our son's care. Nurse Ben, the Medtronic person, and two other nurses (one was Marie) ...great! Dr. K was efficient and communicated well, providing clear 'next steps' that we needed to consider. We are thankful for PHI as we are new to the area and appreciate this kind of medical service.
First of all, I was referred to the clinic at 9:45 AM, and at 10:00, they called me and got me in THE NEXT DAY! As a disabled person, it's incredibly hard when specialist can't get you in for months and your problem is now. ER's can't do anything for chronic conditions and sometimes it's the only option, so getting in this fast sets PHI apart!
Secondly, my provider ( Chelsea) was personal and so well educated. She knew exactly what tests to order, and I was sent home with one of them that day.
My next appointment ( pending insurance approval), will complete the other tests which will be reviewed THAT DAY.
