I am very pleased, as a service-connected disabled veteran, with the prompt, attentive, warm care given to each of us veterans, here. I have no complaints. Five star staff and great facility.
Many wonderful people working here. From Express care to primary care and all the way up to dental and whole health. Very knowledgeable staff. And the volunteers are exceptional. Always there and quick to help. Marty is very quick to grab a wheel chair if needed and Greg was so meticulous with the rugs and chairs making sure everything h was straight.
New building. New organization as well. Per my understanding, you enter, check in and have a seat. Then whoever you are seeing comes to you do you don't have to memorize offices and wander around to different waiting rooms
The lab is, I believe, on the first floor. In which case, if you have business with the lab you may need to seek them out directly. Don't quote me either way
Overall, it feels more spacious, bright, and like a medical clinic. A good upgrade
