Jayme did an amazing job on “dog room” carpet! Was very flexible in scheduling, did not try to add a bunch of stuff to increase the cost - told me upfront what the cost estimate was & it was right on, moved a few pieces of furniture for me & then put them back w/pads under the legs, etc. Pinnacle actually did another job for me in July & that one was great also?. Would highly recommend this company!

Exceptional value! They provide excellent service for super reasonable prices. We had 3.5 rooms to carpet clean plus had two bleach spots to touch up and they left the house looking great. Would absolutely recommend them to friends and family and use them again.
