Optical Gallery is a friendly and welcoming business known for its kind and respectful staff. Customers appreciate the quick and thorough exams, as well as the honest assistance in choosing frames. The team is knowledgeable, personable, and patient, especially when making adjustments. Many customers, including families and grandchildren, enjoy visiting the office repeatedly. Although some find the frames pricey, the high-quality glasses and excellent service make it a highly recommended place for eye care and eyewear needs.
I went in for an exam and Ashley gave me the wrong prescription. They sent the glasses back twice more, I still can't see out of my glasses, and now they won't give me my money back. Kim called me to "discuss options" and is VERY rude and disrespectful when talking to a patient about the office errors!! Their office staff is far from professional and don't know what they're doing. 🤡 If you want something you can see out of, go somewhere else. Don't go here!!! I gave them a second chance after last time telling me I had MS based on my eye exam, and I'm sorry I gave them a second chance. Because now I'm out $525. I will never suggest this place to anyone!!!
