Kay helped me with my physical exam as well as some skin concerns, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and care. She was patient, attentive, and very helpful throughout the visit.
I normally hate and despise going to the doctors, but going here was the opposite. Staff were friendly and caring. Making an appointment was easy and efficient. You can choose which care provider you would like to see when making the appointment. I had Elting and she was understanding and helpful. She explained what her plan was for me and she mentioned for me to come back if I had any other worries. Also, getting my medication she prescribed was easy. I will make sure to come back here if I have any other concerns about my health!
The University Medical Center has taken care of me in so many ways. They are easy to reach, provide great medical providers and support through any and all kinds of services. They have helped me learn more about the importance of keeping up with my body’s health and made everything accessible to me. As a student who is new to adulting by myself, the medical center has been a great place to ask questions and rely on people I can trust. They have great nurses, doctors, and desk clerks that are confident in helping in whatever things I need.
