I truly cannot say enough good things about this practice! Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind, and Dr. Daberkow and the staff are so knowledgeable. If anyone is considering coming here, do it!

Over the last ten years or so I only went to eye glass places that did exams too, i.e. America's Best, etc...This time, at 72 years old, I really wanted to go for a more complete examination and picked Nebraska Eye Institute. Things couldn't be better! I was seen by Dr. Kelsey Daberkow who totally impressed me. She explained the different procedures performed and gave me a complete explanation of the results and overall condition of my eyes, thank you. But, it doesn't stop there, the front office gets an A+ too, especially Linda! Had insurance issues which they took on for me and had things resolved in days! Communication was excellent. Can not say enough good things about this facility. Due to past horrible experiences with the medical profession, I know I am a difficult patient. For my cataract surgery they patiently answered my 10,000 questions (slight exaggeration only), professional responses to my challenges and issues. Kind. Sympathetic. Personable. Nurse Cari R.N. should have been wearing a halo. Have heard many cataract surgery centers make the patient feel like they are a cog in an assembly line. NOT here!
