Mrs. Nga did an incredible job with my wedding dress. She was professional and really listen to what I wanted. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the whole experience stress-free. I couldn't be more grateful for her amazing work.
After calling to set up a time for an appointment, Nga and I discussed options for repairing small holes in a 100% wool base layer for legs (kind of like tights), replacing a zipper on jeans, and putting in a new liner in the arms of my wool coat. Nga did an AMAZING job at a very fair price, and I feel great about being able to keep these clothes. Nga was also very good at facilitating a conversation so that I could better understand the process (and what was possible) and that she could better understand what I wanted. My wedding dress was my mother's .. it was 45 years old and all lace - N. Tailor added a bustle for me (as the dress didn't originally have one) and also opened up the back to give my vintage dress a modern flair. She did amazing! I was so proud to wear it on my wedding day, and I received so many compliments. 🩷
