I don't need tailoring work often, but when I do I take it to Colea. A friendly staff who works hard to ensure you get quality work in a timely manner. And if something doesn't go right, they work hard to get it right. True professionals. I highly recommend.

Supervisor took the time to reach out. The staff did not follow store policy and they gave me an in-store credit because of the behavior. I appreciate good customer service and changes my review because of this.

Took in my military uniform. I got one patch sewn on each of four uniforms. They were prefect. Exactly what I asked for. It was $60 total, they quoted that price up front and it didn't change when I picked up the order. It's steep compared to the $16 I'm used to paying for this, but with Lincoln not being by any major installation I guess that's what I can find.
