I just got off the phone with Tony after ordering a plant arrangement for a friend in Lincoln, NE, as I am in Topeka. Talk about an awesome and personal experience! He asked me some questions about my friend to meet her needs, then sent some pictures of several arrangements and inspirational plaques to accompany the arrangement. He even sent more photos when I asked questions. It was almost as if I were in the shop, rather than 175 miles away! Luv It Gift and Flower Shop went above and beyond my expectations! Anyone ordering on-line--long distance (as we are) or local--should be totally confident in ordering flowers from them. The floral arrangement was even more beautiful than depicted on the website, and the recipient was was very moved by it; not just visually, but commented that the fragrance was amazing. I couldn't be happier!

They were very personal and thoughtful. They followed up with me when I had a question about the delivery - the delivery driver called me to answer my question. It felt very local and friendly, even though I was ordering from another state.
