I recently spoke with Cara at Lincoln Memorial about having my parents bronze grave marker refinished. It has been in the cemetery for 37 years. It was looking weathered and discolored. We were told the cemetery has an employee named Bruce who has extensive training and experience in restoring and refinishing bronze cemetery markers. We had Bruce refinish it and it looks amazing. In fact, my parents marker is right next to a grave marker that is one year old and you can hardly tell the difference between the new marker and the refinished one. I had attended funerals at Lincoln Memorial funeral home before and was impressed with how tastefully done everything was, from the decor to the ceremonies. I was even more impressed when I returned to have them help me plan my wife’s funeral. Their professionalism, compassion during a difficult period, and their attention to detail were exemplary. The planning process was smooth and thorough, and they really delivered on the day of the funeral. Again, their attention to detail and professionalism helped the family and me focus on the most important things at the time. They also made sure to follow up on important details after the funeral. I was thoroughly impressed.
