KLUG Tree Service provided exceptional tree care for our property's large birch and surrounding trees. Owner, Jordan Klug conducted a thorough initial assessment and provided a detailed explanation of the trimming process required for our mature trees.
The arborists assigned to our project, Malachi and Nate, demonstrated exceptional technical skill and safety protocols throughout the tree climbing and trimming process. Their expertise was evident in their methodical approach to accessing the upper canopy of these substantial birch trees.
We had a tree split in a wind storm, but we didn't notice until almost 4PM the day after. Klug's came out to assess, which we expected a day or two for removal due to the late notice, but Jordan was kind enough to see that it needed to be taken out sooner rather than later. His crew stayed until almost 8PM to get the tree out! I'm impressed with Klug's for their service and willingness to help in an emergency situation. The estimate was also reasonable and far less than another company quoted. Thank you for helping give peace of mind and for fair and honest prices! We will definitely use this company again and highly recommend their services.
