Some of this is probably a little irrelevant but I would still like to share my experience. I lived at these apartments there about 4 or 5 years ago I did not have an issue what so ever until it came time to move out and get my security deposit. I had to hunt down this Luann lady just to get my deposit back. Until she finally mailed it to me after sometime of asking for it. Luanne is mentally unstable. My niece who lives with me was at her Moms house cat sitting because they are out of town. My sister (her mom) rents through this company. My niece is sitting inside with the cats when Luanne knocked on the door. My niece didn’t know who it was so she didn’t answer it. Luanne then proceeded to look through all the windows of the home and keep knocking. Which made my niece curious enough to come to the door. She complained that she hadn’t been able to get in touch with my sister and asked my 14 year old niece to call her mother on the phone.
