This is the most friendly and interactive property company I've rented from. Paying rent is easy--the portal itself is user friendly. The utilities are fair. And service tickets are handled so fast! Plus everyone who comes out on a service call has been extraordinarily friendly and professional.

This is the first company to actually show me a property in the weekend. I live 2 hrs away and work all week. It's been impossible to get to town to see anything until Cornhusker Property. Thanks to the maintenance man for giving up some of your weekend to show me not just one, but two properties!!
