Absolutely horrible!!!! I tried multiple times to schedule an appointment. She continuously rescheduled and refused to give me a refund once I asked politely. I then took further action, and she began to ignore texts and calls. Extremely unprofessional behavior, and I’m extremely disappointed with this whole situation. Wouldn’t waste your money on a service you can get elsewhere from someone who’s actually professional and reliable. Think you would have better luck getting a toddler to climb mountains by themselves than you can get in with her and her lame excuses for canceling. If you can’t do your job, just say that.🤷♀️I want my refund or I will be getting lawyers involved this is ridiculous!!!

Weeks of rescheduling, usually last minute. And my touch up is 2 months past due now but she just stopped responding to me agter rescheduling 3 times. So I am going to find a new provider for my eye brow needs

Cancels nonstop for endless excuses and leaves the prepaid customer to figure out a time that works with her. But wait, just when you think you’ve made progress and reschedule, she cancels again and neglects to respond to any texts and/or messenger messages which was her way of communication. She’s now total ghost mode and has pocketed my money without a single attempt to make things right.

First this is not a false review…. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS her cancelling and not reimbursing has happened to many other people.. I had gone to Jenny for over 3 years. Over the past three years I’ve had my eye brows microbladed. The first year I had to go every 2 months to get retouched because they faded out so fast. Last year there was a few spots that I had messaged her about that she missed on the top and she was going to get me in but continuously had to reschedule. This not only happened to me but when my daughter was seeing her for lash extensions. Thought I’d give her a break for a while until I saw she was running a special on Microblading retouches for $100.00 She messaged and told me to send money through PayPal marking it under friends and family so she wouldn’t have to put in tracking to receive money. NOT to list under good and Services Which I thought was very scetch and odd) I did as she asked booked the appointment for April 11th at 11:30. The morning of April 11th she messaged me and asked if I could come in earlier. I replied yes. Got a confirmation that my appointment had been updated. Then 30 minutes later got a text that she was cancelling due to period cramps and endometriosis. This is NOT the first time appointments have been canceled and rescheduled and then canceled again. There was one instance she cancelled due to illness and forgot we were friends on FB and she posted pictures at a ranch with horses. Very dishonest and feeling scammed.. I have asked many times for a full refund and 9 days later still haven’t received anything back.

After a few schedule conflicts she did get me in to do my brows and I loved them, thought she did a great job. My issue is when it came time for the touch up she kept cancelling/rescheduling due to multiple reasons, after the last few texts and me trying to reach out after the 4th time of trying to reschedule she ghosted me. Very unprofessional. Not to mention when I recommended people to her she rescheduled/cancelled on them and then decided to not contact them when they asked for a refund for the deposit they put down. Just save yourself the headache and go to roe beauty.

Believe the other reviews! Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor throughout, and appointments were canceled last minute with little to no notice. On top of that, she requires pre-payment and then dances around refunding you after she cancels your appointments, which is incredibly unfair given the lack of reliability. I would not recommend, save your time and your money.

I wish I could leave zero stars. My experience with this woman was an absolute nightmare—unprofessional, dishonest, and borderline fraudulent.
I paid in full for a microblading service in early June. From the beginning, it was a mess. She rescheduled me multiple times, each time with a different excuse—illness, personal issues, then claiming the State Board had stopped by and wouldn’t allow her to work (which she could not prove). Despite all of this, she refused to issue a refund.
I was sent not one, but two fake refund confirmations—both showing refunds issued to a credit card that wasn’t mine. When I brought that up, she insisted it was my card, even though I had bank statements proving otherwise.
I had to involve a lawyer, draft a formal legal letter, and stand my ground firmly to get my money back. Only after legal pressure did she finally send the refund through Venmo.
This situation was stressful, frustrating, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. I’m sharing this so no one else has to go through the same. Please do your research and only trust licensed, reputable professionals—especially when it comes to your face.

Jenny is amazing! I've been drawing my eyebrows on for years! Jenny seriously worked her magic on me! My eyebrows look natural because she followed my natural brow line, I look like I have hair where I haven't had hair in years! I've had so May compliments and so many people tell me that their own experience with micoblading is nothing in comparison to the work Jenny has done for me! Plus her prices are reasonable and she is so warm and personable! I would give her 10 🌟 if I could!
