Crystle is awesome! She fit me in for a haircut and style - and she was very kind, professional, and thorough. I also appreciated her calm demeanor and that she didn't act like she was in a hurry like so many people seem these days. I had had a long day and it was so nice to be able to just sit and relax while she worked on my hair. She did a fantastic job and it has been a long time since I have loved my hair this much. Crystle is also very knowledgeable about products as I had asked for a recommendation for my slightly curly hair and she helped me find a great product! Thank you!

I just got my hair cut and got an olaplex treatment done by Ailene. I'm not sure how to spell her name but she did an amazing job. She listened and paid attention to my questions and worked with my hair type to give me the hair cut and style I wanted. She was very friendly and conversational and gave me really good advice on how to style my hair and prevent damage. I am very happy with how my hair turned out and she even parted it how I wanted it afterwards. She also didn't rush even though my hair took longer, she took her time and did a really good job. I will definitely be back.

So I attempted to dye my own hair and I really messed it up. I ended up going to the JCPenney Salon. Brynn Drickey was my hairstylist. She was so polite and professional. Brynn really did an amazing job! I would highly recommend her. My hair has never looked so beautiful before. Thank you Brynn.
