Holy Family Medical Associates

I hardly know where to start with this review. I was fortunate enough to make Dr. Grinstead my new PCP back in 2020 when I contracted Covid. I was a very sick man along with my wife Pam. We had not taken the shot, fortunately or followed the risky CDC protocol. We praise God that Dr. Grinstead treated all our symptoms with skill and knowledge, and believe that he may have saved my life. Since then, I/we have had nothing but excellent health care from these professionals. Fortunately, we were also able to see our grandson's family become patients of Dr. Grinstead. I’ve gone to Holy Family my whole life and have had a great experience. A few years ago I became a patient of Dr. Grinstead and am so happy with that decision. He truly cares about his patients, he listens, and he tries to find real solutions. The nurses are also really sweet and caring. I would highly recommend Holy Family especially if you are Catholic/Christian.

I'm more than happy with the care received from my child's doctor and nurses -- but recently, we showed up to an appointment and were told that it was rescheduled to a different day, with no prior notice. Then at said rescheduled appointment, we waited an hour and a half before seeing the doctor. I understand that things happen sometimes, but it seems there is a disregard for people's time in the way that things are scheduled.
