I’ve had a terrible day but a fantastic experience with this clinic. This morning my cat was clearly very, very sick. My regular vet and two others all told me they couldn’t help, even when I expressed my fear that he might be dying, but my friend recommended Hillcrest so I called. I’m so glad they had the time to see an emergency, because they told me I could come straight in. Within a couple of hours my cat kept getting worse. Ultimately there wasn’t anything we could do, but the entire time they kept me up to date, gave me options and explanations of those options, gave clear explanations of the results they were finding, and took fantastic care of my boy and me both. I felt heard, and I know we did all we could for him but I still didn’t have to sell a kidney to cover the bill.

Hillcrest Animal Clinic is such a great facility with wonderful staff and knowledgeable veterinarians. They offer so many services for reputable, responsible breeders... from health testing such as PennHip to progesterone testing to insemination. They also offer acupuncture and chiropractic care, which we have utilized for our senior dogs. Definitely recommend this vet hospital!
