Highlands Animal Hospital provides exceptional care for furry family members. The staff is kind, respectful, and caring towards animals, whether it's a routine check-up or an emergency. They are quick to respond and take excellent care of pets. Drs. Behrens and Smith are both amazing, showing compassion in their care. The hospital is willing to work with clients on payments. Overall, Highlands Animal Hospital is a highly recommended veterinary clinic that truly cares about the well-being of animals.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary clinic! From the moment I called and walked in, the entire team was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They treated our dog like their own and made me feel confident in the process forward.
The staff and Dr. Hoppes took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and ensure I felt comfortable with the plan forward. Their compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail truly was amazing!

We have been taking our oldest dog to Highlands for 6 years now (and our younger dog as long as we've had him). The staff is always professional, kind and willing to listen to our concerns, and they are so good with our pups! We love all the vets and staff here and highly recommend. We used to live in the area but now live completely across town, but still come here because they are that wonderful.
The name may have changed but the excellent care, compassion and knowledge has not. Dr Behrens has taken care of my fur babies for years. I switched clinics when she started full time at HAH 8 years ago. I have a cocker with multiple health issues and she strives to find the best treatment and maintain Kylie’s quality of life. Because of Kylie’s health issues we are at the clinic frequently and from the time we enter till we leave everyone is amazing. Two months ago Dr Behrens and staff helped by old cat over the rainbow bridge and everyone was so caring.
