I got my new glasses yesterday. They are not the frames I chose. The saleslady kept discouraging me from getting the frames I wanted. She kept telling me the ear pieces could not be bent. She even had me bend over to see if they slipped, which they did not. My niece was with me and she assured me the frames they gave me are not what we picked out! When we went back the saleslady tried to tell us they were the right frames. Someone wrote down the wrong number. So diappointed! Will no recommend Eyeworks to anyone.
