I could have not asked for a better experience with Dodd Construction. They put a new roof on our house, and will be putting new gutters on as well. I was really nervous about how the clean up job was going to go as I have two dogs and didn’t want them to find or step on any nails. Needless to say I was blown away. It was hands down the best clean up job I’ve ever seen. There was not one spec of anything left anywhere on the property, I've never seen a roofing/construction company do such a nice job on both the roof and clean up. I would hands down highly recommend this company to everyone! Stephen worked so closely with my neighbor (I live in a town house) to coordinate getting our roof replaced. He also was amazing with my insurance company and in constant contact with them. After my initial claim I didn’t have to contact my agent, he took care of everything for me! Dodd’s construction went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the process of replacing my roof was seamless! Steve and his crew replaced my roof after a hail storm last year. Very professional and great to work with! He kept me informed of everything going on and was a man of his word from beginning to end. Will definitely use him again in the future if needs arise.
