I called Custom Heating and Cooling when our AC unit was frozen up. Scott took my call and walked me through a few steps and we were able to correct the issue ourselves! Custom came out ONE HOUR after I called for a repair on my heat pump!! Adam was fast, efficient and super friendly! I would highly recommend this company for their quick response...my frostbite has subsided!
