Our furnace went out on a Saturday evening when the temperature outside was in the negative numbers. The HVAC contractor we had used for years said they could not come out for days, and my wife had just come home from surgery so we really needed heat. So I randomly found Custom Cooling off the internet. They came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. And considering it was a weekend and after hours, the price was reasonable too. And the technician was polite and professional. We will be switching from the HVAC contractor we have used for years over to Custom Cooling.

Called Custom Cooling &Heating Inc. after a referral from a friend.A/C had a leak and they charged it within two working days.Discussed replacing both AC and furnace. Bid was sent to me in a couple of days.Agreed on a system and they installed it 6 days later.Entire job took 6 hours.
