Shop manager David was outstanding — very helpful, professional, and even gave me a ride so I could get my DOT examination completed while my truck was being worked on. What really stood out was that he was hands-on and personally involved in helping complete the repairs on my truck instead of just sitting behind a desk. That level of customer service and leadership is hard to find nowadays.
Scott, the mechanic, was also excellent. He explained everything clearly, kept me informed on what was being done throughout the repair process, and made sure I understood the issues with the truck and the repairs being completed.
Cheyenne at the front desk was great as well — very polite, professional, organized, and helpful throughout the entire process.
