I have used CBF on a professional level for a number years and have had nothing but positive experiences. As with any service industry issues do arise but Regine, Keech and the rest of her team have always been super responsive, addressed those minor issues with speed and have never disappointed. I recently hired them to clean my carpets at home and was amazed at how great the carpets looked when they were done. I have used other companies in the past and the results from Keech and his team were far beyond past cleaning from other companies in town. Regina Farr and her employees are terrific. They do a great job. They are resourceful and very kind. When my Sister became ill. They went into her duplex and cleaned it beautifully. And when she could no longer live in her house, they did everything possible to help me empty her duplex. I’m so grateful to everyone who worked with me.
