Brian Hester is the best! Our old central AC died in the middle of the night. Brian and his crew installed a new one very quickly and it works just great. We have nothing but the best things to say about this small business. They are great! They really go above and beyond and even in incredible summer heat! They put in our furnace a few years ago too. It works very well. You can’t do better. Five stars plus!!

Brian Hester Heating and Air gives personalized, efficient service. They have always worked hard to get to the bottom of a problem. Their technicians know me, they make sure I have what I need and never do they try to sell me something I don’t need! I would never consider going anywhere else for heating and AC service!

My air conditioning quit working, it was after hours on a Friday night but I called anyway and was given an emergency number. I called that and it was answered by the owner of the company. He apologized that with the high heat that their calls for service was way high however he assured me that they would get to it as soon as possible and that happened. The technician that came out was friendly and professional. He repaired it and had us back up and cool in a short period of time. Thanks to Brian Hester and his staff for their support and dedication to the Lincoln community and for continuing to be a localy owned company!!
