I really appreciated the gentleman from Bill’s I think his name was Alex. He checked everything on our a/c unit and everything looked and tested great except compressor. He recommended we purchase a new a/c unit which makes sense when you can spend a little more and have a brand new unit with a warranty. Great customer service and will definitely use them again.
When my appointment with a different company had to cancel last minute, i was scrambling to get someone to check our AC as it quit working. I called Bill’s and spoke with Kelsey. She told me they were full today and a tech was out and apologized that they couldn’t come to our home today. While i was looking for anyone to check out our AC, Kelsey called me back!! She had made calls to some of their technicians and found Alex!

Everyone who has come to our home has been every kind and respectful of our home. They are very honest and excellent at their job. You purchased both our air conditioner unit and our furnace from them. They are wonderful.
