I really appreciated the gentleman from Bill’s I think his name was Alex. He checked everything on our a/c unit and everything looked and tested great except compressor. He recommended we purchase a new a/c unit which makes sense when you can spend a little more and have a brand new unit with a warranty. Great customer service and will definitely use them again.
In servicing their customers’ heating and air conditioning units, Bill’s is very dedicated to keeping us comfortable throughout the year.
Alex did a great job today. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and very thorough. I am very grateful for his fine work!
The technicians were on time and professional they listened to my concerns regarding the equipment.
Completed the service in a timely manner, and left the area clean.
