I lost my key while at work and couldn’t find it. Called and I had the pleasure of having Jon. On the phone Jon refused to let me go without trying anything to get a new key for my car. He looked up alternatives, gave me suggestions for a new key he even made a key drove all the way to me and tried something so I could leave with my car. Very professional, amazing customer service.

Bob did absolutely incredible work. He was so fun to talk to and went completely above and beyond. He came to re-key the house, but also replaced a very finicky door knob that I was struggling to remove. He taught me a lot and just did a spectacular job. I thoroughly recommend working with these guys!
