CHI Health Rehabilitation Care (La Vista)

I chose CHI LaVista as my PT provider because I have Medica insurance, and it was easier to get an appointment there than at Bergan Mercy, (which is closer to my home). So glad I went there! The PTs are top notch, as the rest of the staff. If I need PT in the future (fingers crossed I won’t!), they’ll be my first call.
