Omaha Nursing and Rehab cared for my mother with kindness and excellence. The staff went above and beyond, not only providing attentive and compassionate care, but also guiding me through some very difficult decisions. They treated my mom with dignity and always made sure she was comfortable.
Don’t judge a book by its cover—this place is filled with people who truly care. I am grateful for the support, the patience, and the respect they showed both my mother and my family.

I quickly learned you cannot judge a book by its cover. My brother in law and us adjusted to his life at this facility with trepidation It actually became his family away from his immediate family. The nurse and CNA’s quickly heard him say “ can you do me a favor”. That was repeated many times during each day. He ALWAYS said his “THANK YOU”. So he and the staff complimented each other! My dad was there twice – he’s 99 and he fell and broke his femur and was discharged to ONAR —recovered there and went back to memory care and a week or so later fell and broke his hip and had a hip replacement and was once again transferred from the hospital to ONAR.

Our family is deeply indebted and very grateful for nurse Sarah, and social worker Sarah and physical therapist Andi and the entire caregiving team they’ve assembled at this wonderful facility – we are just so happy that we found them and highly recommend them to anybody looking for an outside agency to provide the level of care you would think only a family member could do – ONAR very quickly… read full review
