I didn't catch my nurses name, but she was so kind and validating. I have autism and often force myself to power through things, but she could see my discomfort and likely my blood pressure dropping from ear irrigation. She stopped and immediately checked in on me and validated that my experience wasn't an overreaction. I felt really safe and cared for, and most of all validated. So, thank you! I don't often receive nice treatment, so feeling like my well being was an actual priority almost made me tear up.
I've been going here for many years now for my PCP. I've also come in and seen other doctors. Recently I got my husband moved here as well. We have had nothing but great experiences with from the doctors and nurses to the front staff. Their priority care has also saved me multiple times and I just can't say enough good things about all the staff. Thank you all!
Let's start with the good: reception desk was nice and helpful and they got us in fairly quickly.
The bad:
-they did not tell us our test results. Just gave us papers and told us we are free to go. Did not ask if we had questions. Rushed us out without any discussion.
-We recently had two family members die (one of them being 14) relating to complications to strep/flu. We came in because we were exposed by a family member at the hospital where we watched the 14 year old die. Doctors advised us to get tested. So we came here.
