For the most part, the nursing staff needs to do better at communicating, the front desk staff could use some customer service skills. The urgent care center be prepared to wait ( which is to be expected) but there is a male nurse that is scatterbrained and doesn't do a very good job of listening. The doctors or should I say APRNs half the time don't listen t what is wrong or what works best. So you usually have to make a follow-up with your primary doctor to get things resolved. If you get a call from the nurse don't expect to get any answers to your questions. If you put something in their MyChart system the nurse intercepts it and you usually don't get an answer back...read full review

It's a multifaceted medical building. The reception area is marked for social distancing. Masks are required. The Doctors are well versed in their fields of study. I've been going here for years and love it!

I just had the best check in ever. Like others have mentioned it has been frustrating in the past. I think the ladies name is Cindy Sheridan? She was the only person checking in. She was so friendly and kind she made sure my co-payments were paid and check to make sure that my back appointments were coordinated. Made my day!
