“From first contact to completed landscaping, working with Antler Country Landscaping was great. Tom took time to listen to what we were thinking and gave incredible suggestions. The communication was prompt and thorough. We were added to the schedule in a very reasonable amount of time. Jackson, Taylor and Tom worked on the project as if it was their own home. They communicated the needs of the plants/trees and encouraged us to contact them with any questions. They even cleaned off all the sidewalks, drive and street! We love how everything turned out and are receiving many compliments from the neighborhood. Tom has already drawn up ideas for our backyard for next Spring. “TruGreen went above and beyond on our lawn to make sure we were satisfied with their service. We had a tech here to do a fall service and he noticed some brown patches in our yard so he suggested that we call the office and have a grub treatment done. I called the office and they reminded me that they had done that treatment at an earlier date. The said they will come out and do another treatment at no charge. So when they showed up to do our yard, it was towards the end of the day and he was almost out of the chemical they use for grubs, so he just hit the brown patches. Then about a week or two later, we had our lawn aerated and re-seeded. We noticed a few areas that were tore up a bit after they aerated but didn't say anything. I figured I would water it every day and eventually it would look good once the seed takes ahold and the dirt clods dissolve into the lawn. But then, we decided to call the office to see if they can come back to do the grub service on the whole yard rather than the few patches. And they came out for free to re-do the grub service and that person noticed the tore up spots in our yard from the aeration and he called his office and told them that they need to come out and re-aerate the front yard. My wife and I did not make any complaints. They came out again and re-aerated and re-seeded the front yard at no charge. So thank you TruGreen for really caring about your customers.“
