He was prompt and very courteous. I had some pet stains and just general paths that looked dirty. Now my carpets look completely new and smell very refreshing. I was amazed at how quick the carpets were dry. I was able to move my furniture back in place before he even left!! Very reasonably priced and so professional. I will definitely be using his service again and highly recommend him to anyone that needs their carpets or other flooring cleaned.
