We had a bunch of dog hair in our carpet and some really bad stains. We also have a baby who is about to start crawling....
Well they cleaned the whole house and got all the dog hair out of the carpet which is AMAZING. The stains remained unfortunately (tho much less noticeable), but that didn't cost them a star because i didn't think they could get that out anyway.
The wife thinks they are amazing so that is good enough for me.“
