Jordan came at 10 pm and fixed a water leak in shirt order, and in no time we had the water back on. He was very efficient, polite, pleasant, knew what to do, and had it done in a timely manner.
On 08/28/2026, I had requested Snell's to have Jordan come and replace the city water portion of copper pipe that enters the house near the basement floor, and travels up and overhead to the water meter. I knew Jordan would have this big job handled in no time. There was a portion of the piping concealed in the ceiling that would be very problematic. These guys are great. They helped us get the water heater, plumbing and regular heat going. Also helped diagnose and fix an electrical problem.
Cody and Joe installed new upgraded wiring for a new double built in oven. They had to problem solve as connections had to be repositioned as setup and amps different from previous and once figured best way, completed the work quickly. Very personable guys and great to deal with. Gave good explanation of the changes in wiring.
