“Jordan came at 10 pm and fixed a water leak in shirt order, and in no time we had the water back on. He was very efficient, polite, pleasant, knew what to do, and had it done in a timely manner.
On 08/28/2026, I had requested Snell's to have Jordan come and replace the city water portion of copper pipe that enters the house near the basement floor, and travels up and overhead to the water meter. I knew Jordan would have this big job handled in no time. There was a portion of the piping concealed in the ceiling that would be very problematic. Jordan, again, knew what to do and had the entire job done in 3 hours, where other techs would have been working all day, and would have had more than one worker here. So, if you need a good plumbing tech, I highly recommend Jordan.”
