Jeff was absolutely awesome. His knowledge and skill was very impressive. He had the problem with my furnace diagnosed within 10 minutes. He worked nonstop from the time he arrived. He was very well organized and prepared for the repair, not needing multiple trips out to his truck. I can't say enough good things about the people at Independent.

Thank you so much.. This place has everything you need and then some for plumbing and heating.. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!! If I ever run into another plumbing or heating problem again, I won't be shopping anywhere else after my experience here.. (PS.. To the management team at Independent plumbing)Anthony is worthy of a sufficient raise in pay ? he is well worth the investment... I hope you all can hook him up for providing such good service....

We recently had an issue with our AC unit and contact Independent to come out and evaluate it for us. The repairman was on time (early in fact- he called to see if we were available); he spent 2.5 hours checking and cleaning our unit. He patiently explained to me everything he was doing; it was clear he took his job seriously. The repair was minor, and the cost was less than half of what I expected.I highly recommend them.Services: AC maintenance
