“I don't write many reviews, I only write reviews after years of service and JP is the best crew there is! We bought an older house, a few years ago, that has had multiple issues with pipes. When JP fixes the issue its solid. We've had at least 3 different plumbers out to the house. One to fix valves & faucets in bathroom, laundry room & sprinkler closet, one to replace corroded metal pipes in the kitchen, and today a main line clog. Michael got to the house right away and quickly cleared out tree roots form our gigantic Silver Maple. As always very little mess was created and what mess there was, was cleaned before he left, The other thing Michael and other's have done is give us helpful pointers and fully explain the issue. Additionally, they provide honest professional service the $$$ is always more than reasonable. Thanks Michael for getting our drain clear and continuing to provide top notch service, yall are lifesavers.“

“I've had Tritz Plumbing Inc do repairs at my house twice now. The first time to replace a ball valve shut off and copper piping to my sprinkler system. The second to fix a basement toilet base leak. In both instances the plumber was great. He was punctual, quick, professional and extremely reasonable. The first repair was $164, the second $128. He probably could have scammed me on the toilet repair with a lot more than needed to be done, but he did not. He showed me that he was a man of honorable character, someone who could be trusted to make the proper repair. I highly recommend Tritz Plumbing.“
“I recently hired Mr Rooter for a mainline backup/emergency call and had such a good experience I wanted to summarize it and call out my tech by name.This backup occurred on Superbowl Sunday and I called Mr Rooter right away.Izzie was able to come out within about 30 min, provide a detailed estimate upfront, and spent extra time resolving the issue with his snake pushing this flange cover out to the street!Izzie really went the extra mile in my opinion. The problem was that another contractor had installed a new toilet and flange in my bathroom during a home remodel. During the install they dropped the new flange cover into my plumbing and didn’t retrieve it. The flange cover is very similar size of the cast-iron pipe but with ~30 years of hard water there is scale in the cast iron that makes it hard to pass an item this large through.Izzie spent a good deal of time pushing this cap through my pipes to the city drainage. If he hadn’t done this it could have required a repair as much as $100 per foot, and around 40 feet to descale. I really appreciated this service and think Mr Rooter is an honest, upfront, ,and fast company. Would hire again.“
