Polar Refrigeration Heating is a family business with amazing, respectful employees who do great work. They are old fashioned in the best way, figure out how to get tricky jobs done, and are prompt, thorough, and professional. They provide great service for HVAC system maintenance, repair, and A/C installation, often at a reasonable price. The office staff is very efficient. They are quick to respond, even during busy times or last-minute emergencies, and crews work efficiently to fix problems. Customers highly recommend Polar to everyone for any heating and cooling issues, for both business and personal needs.
Furnace went out in the coldest weather we’ve had this winter (-30f) polar ordered the part and had me back up running two days later (part came from Bismarck) highly recommended great customer service

All of the employees were respectful and did great work. I would recommend Polar to everyone. They are old fashioned in the best way and will figure out how to get it done even if it’s tricky. We have an old furnace and they were able to add AC to our house without having to replace the old furnace (that works great) at a reasonable price. Thank you Polar for our new AC after a hot hot hot summer last year without.
